Dayz Spent in Pune

It was a time when I recently passed my college and going to join IBM on 24th July 2008. I was staying at my uncle house that was in a military academy at NDA Pune.
I really like that place esp. such greenery over there had made me fond of that environment. Whenever I walk at the pavement the Cadres wishes me
'Good Morning Sir’, the reason y they wishes me because I follow the similar attire which an officer follows it while going to office but the difference
was in uniform. The day came for which I was waiting from 3rd Year to Join IT giant firm which everybody knows INTERNATIONAL BUSSINESS MACHINE.

When I joined IBM it was a great feeling but simultaneously have a fear in my mind that whether I can able to cope this Pressure or not.
I always try to give my best short and do hard work as much as possible, I know hard work always pays off but you should have patience.
If a person has patience he will reach his goal on time and in a secured manner. These visions I always got form diff. persons and
later on I observed its positive results too.

In IBM I met some of the guys and girls which are from the different colleges and backgrounds. Every Individual is somewhat different in his own way but
the thing which we all have common 'DERIVE SYNERGY BENEFITS FROM COLLABORATIONS’. In the mean time I met swapnil who become Good friend of mine and two
Mentors also (Priyamvada and Shilaja) I learnt a lot from both of them, Early I was struggling to Get MAXCC = 0 but When I joined them everything becomes so
simple and getting my Job dne.Thanks both of them who helped me in those time and make me somehow used to of Mainframe environment.
One thing I want to Specify both of them are 'Marathi manoos' and they helped me means an 'OUTSIDER'.

In August after all I managed to get accommodation at Vasant utsav, Hinjewadi Room No. 301 Thanks to Prasad Pande and Pratap who came and done this work
diligently. At 301 we are five guys ( 'Rohit , Swapnil, Pratap and Pandit Jee ( Prasad Pande) ' ) as roommates. All these guys have Quirkiness sense of
humor and more importantly everybody calm in his approach which I Liked abt them esp. Rohit and Pratap.The Pande jee was a very gentle and open minded guy
always showed nerve of steel.Pratap was a very deterministic and focused he was clear in his approach. Pratap Laxity always worries me sometimes
Because being such a simple guy indulges himself into the needless situations.Swapnil was not familiar with these situation because first time
He was out of home but his propensity to improvise things always helped to overcome difficulties. Rohit is among those who never want to take tension
and enjoy life as much as possible....Ladkiya ke saath jaana chahtha tha magar nahi ja pata tha...u knw the reason let me underline this...Because of
Me and Swapnil...........................................

At vasant utsav we started playing cricket on Sunday and Saturdays...with Infosys, Cogni, Wipro and Kpti guys...Really bahut maza aata tha.I met some
Of the Girlz... Puja,Payal,Tannu and sugu....All are very nice and flagrant in her approach...But Puja becomes gud frnd of mine..
In college I never interacted with her but when she Joined IBM I found one more good frnd in my list. Payal was beautiful and some of the mainframe guys
liked her but when they came to knew she was already engaged everybody got dejected.Tannu jee toh jitna kaho utna kamm..Nice girl...but freak attitude...
Sugu among them was very practical and always thinks in pragmatic manner.

Finally we all completed our training with an ease and everybody allocated to project at different-2 locations. I allocated into the project in Kolkata
with Swapnil,Sameer,Sneha and Sanjeev.Later On one more guy joined us Prasad Dhoot....We all started new innings here .......................I continue this
in my new blog........I missed those days’ esp. vasant utsav frnds and my Mentors..

Thanks to them because of which I reached here and in future whatever I
achieve it because of their support ..................
